ORDERS:
orders are subject to acceptance and approval by Nautimarket Srl. In order to avoid mistakes and misunderstandings, item code and description should be stated in each order.

MINIMUM ORDER:
For shipping in Italy, the minimum order is Euro €50,00(the transport costs are not included).
For shipping in Europe Union, the minimum order is Euro €150,00(the transport costs are not included).
For shipping outside Europe Union, the minimum order is Euro €300,00(the transport costs are not included).


BACK ORDERS:
items temporarily out of stock are automatically shipped when available, unless you indicate "No Backorders".

SPECIAL ORDERS:
special orders are non-returnable and may not be canceled. Dealers are required to pay in advance before order is placed with manufacturer, including all shipping and special handling. It is suggested that you obtain a deposit from your customer. Nautimarket srl is not responsible for your customer canceling an order, no matter the reason.

RETURNED OF REFUSED MERCHADISE:
All returns must be made within 10 days after shipment. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization from Nautimarket Srl. No returns will be accepted after 10 days. Merchandise must be new and in original unopened cartons. In order to protect our other customers, we cannot accept for restocking, used, installed, or special ordered merchandise. Never refuse a shipment without first notifying Nautimarket Srl. All returned merchandise, except defective merchandise, is subject to a 10% restocking charge. All return merchandise must be sent freight prepaid.

WARRANTY:
All Nautimarket products are covered by the warranty foreseen by law in force in Italy at the time of sale. Since Nautimarket Srl exercise no control over the way in which our products are stored, handled, or used after shipment from our premises, no warranty is made as to the effects of their misuse. Our only warranty obligation is to replace or accept return of material, which Nautimarket Srl have determined to be defective and falls within the warranty cover.
